i was at first terrified at first when going, but the surgeon was so lovely and understanding.
I initially was very against implants, but as I am pretty much a AA-C , reducing the C to the AA would leave me completely flat chested and wouldnt really suit my body type as im quite tall. So the plan is to get an one implant on the small side.
Im very scared of the pain and scarring. but i feel this will benefit my life, this problem effects my life greatly -holds me back from relationships. I dont actually care if people know, I know this is a common problem just not spoken about - but i would feel like people would always be starring at me to see if they could tell the difference. making me even more self concious!
it will be wonderful to actually be able to buy bras that fit properly , wear swimmers , not have to cover my chest all the time.
i have only ever told my sister and mum, who dont have this problem at all..
Im lucky in Australia, our medicare and my private health fund will help cover alot of the costs as its not cosmetic surgery, its reconstruction and whilst my breasts arent large and thus cause no back problems etc the mental toll on me is significant!
